Christee is a singer-songwriter from Windsor, Ontario in Canada and is releasing a new song called “What Have You Done To Me” on January 15 via all DSPs. The song is a moody, dramatic track about dark desires.
Christee is a star on the rise, she has had over half a million career streams to date and in 2019 she won the Jim Beam National Talent Search, which is hosted by Canadian Music Week. Her first singles “Out of Time” and “Light it Up” charted on Canada’s Most Active Indies chart in their first weeks on radio. Later on, “Harden my Heart” and “Love Me in the Dark” gathered over 125,000 streams each on Spotify. “Harden My Heart” has accumulated over 116,000 views on Youtube and Love me in the Dark has over 55,000 views. Christee grew up around music. Her father Pete Palazzolo is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, producer and teacher. He has taught thousands of musicians across the country including Jeff Martin of the Tea Party. You can occasionally see him make an appearance on her Instagram for some excellent performances. Earlier this year, Christee released her single “Danger.” The music video was filmed during quarantine. ‘’I knew when we all went into lockdown that the music was not going to stop. I decided to go through with the release, and filming of the music video during quarantine with my boyfriend, Jaden, who directed and filmed the video for me.
