1. How was it working on the latest King King album Standing In The Shadows? It was a very exciting time working on Standing in the Shadows. We finally found our sound and once that happened things just seemed to fall in to place.

2. Where did the influences come from for this album? The influences for this album I guess were the same as always for me. I think I just managed to bring them out in the songwriting. Free, Bad company, Whitesnake (early Whitesnake), Thunder.. To name a few!

3. Will there be any touring soon for this album? We will be touring this album heavily.. Obviously in Canada, Germany, Poland, Austria, Croatia, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and the UK.

4. What do you think of promo videos nowadays with everything going on YouTube? I think promo vids.. YouTube vids and any other kind of platform that you can put yourself on so that as many people as possible can see or hear your music is OK with me!

5. What equipment are you currently endorsing, etc. I am currently endorsing; Tanglewood guitars, Elixr strings, and black star Amps. Along with Union kilts!

6. Without Social Media could bands today manage to survive? Bands lived a long long time before social media came along.. We survived it and so did a lot of others! There’s no denying that it helps a great deal nowadays but music and live entertainment will always have a place in this world!

7. What were your earliest influences in life? Learning to treat people the way you expect to be treated. Learning that you didn’t need money to enjoy life. Being taught right from wrong and that with love and friendship around you.. Everything else falls in to place.

8. What would be some of your main influences today?

Musically speaking.. My main influences today would be still the same bands I grew up listening to.. Free, Peter green. B.B King, Eric Clapton, Thin Lizzy right up to bands like Nickelback, Creed, Prince and Pink!

9. What could we find interesting in your music collection at home? All of the above… And the odd soundtrack to a few different kids films that belong to my daughter although she would say she’s too old for that now!

10. Could you describe what goes on in a day in your life as a musician on tour? Get up. Drive for hours, set up, sound check, check in, play, sleep! And do it all again tomorrow!

11. Where do you see Music in 100 years from now? The world will still love and need music in a thousand years!
