Tony West is the singer for Alternative Metal and Hard Rock band Blacklist Union. He is also notable for being the singer of Glam Metal rockers Tracii Guns’ L.A. Guns from 2011-2012. Interview December 3, 2013.

1. What’s new in the world of Tony West? New CD is on the horizon for June 2014.
2. How was it recording Till Death Do Us Part for the whole group? Till Death Do Us Part was a great experience recording … I just wish I can remember it!
3. What equipment is the band currently endorsing, etc.? We really don’t endorse any companies right now which is unfortunate however we do of course use Les Pauls SG’s and Marshall’s and we loved D drums and of course for basSs its AMPWG and fender.
4. Any gigs lined up for Blacklist Union in 2014? There are many gigs lined up for 2014 will be touring the US and Europe finally.
5. Has much things changed in the music industry since fronting Tracii Guns’s L.A. Guns in 2011-2012? Since touring with Tracy and LA Guns nothing has really changed in the music business. In America it is all corporate and all the rest the world still loves and embraces rock ‘n roll, same thing it’s been for the last 10 years pretty much.
6. What’s your vision on the Internet as a way to releasing Music Online now days? I think pretty much the only way to release music is online however you do need marketing and tour support.
7. What could we find interesting in your music collection at home? An endless supply of punk rock.

8. Could you describe what goes on in a day in your life as a musician? Chaos.
9. Where do you see the future of music going in 100 years? I will be dead in 100 years.
10. Any words for future musicians? Yeah, be a plastic surgeon.
