1. What’s new in the world of Robert Dahlqvist?
Well… new album, new city, new girlfriend, new record, new band…
2. How was it recording the upcoming album titled Solo?
It was great, had a wonderful time recording with Björn Olsson.
3. Will there be any tour dates to promote the new album?
Yeah, gonna start with a tour in Sweden this fall, only 8 dates… and after that I’m looking forward to tour outside Sweden.
4. Would you say touring now is more relaxed and easier to do?
Not really, it’s the same shit..
5. What equipment are you currently endorsing, etc?
No, no endorsement at the moment
6. What would be some of the craziest stuff you’ve seen on tour?
When the Hellacopters opened up for the Rolling Stones at “club show” in Stockholm and we saw them rehearse on stage, they played soooooooooo baaaaaaaaad.
7. What were your earliest influences in life?
Johnny Winter, Kinks, Stones, Kiss.

9. What could we find interesting in your music collection at home?
Captain Beefheart
10. Could you describe what goes on in a day in your life as a musician on tour?
Wake up, do sound check, drink wine, talk to fans, play rock music
