Mark Tremonti of the band Alter Bridge is currently on tour with Mammoth WVH, promoting their new album Pawns &Kings. The response to the album has been great and they play about four or five new songs a night. The band recently released a promotional video for the single “Holiday” which was shot while they were on tour in Europe. When recording the album, they chose to go for a more straightforward sound without a lot of atmospheric effects. The artwork was put together by Mark’s brother Dan and the band tweaked it to get the final product. Mark does up to three or four interviews a day while on tour and sometimes six when promoting a new album. To pass his time, he likes to stay busy and is currently writing a novel. The Canadian fan base is growing quickly and they hope to be able to come and play Toronto soon.
