The Vegas Rocks! Magazine Music Awards 2013 “A CELEBRATION OF CLASSIC ROCK” featured some of the most legendary artists in the music business. JON ANDERSON (YES) was honored with the “VOICE OF PROGRESSIVE MUSIC” Award, CARL PALMER (EMERSON LAKE & PALMER/ ASIA) received the “DRUM LEGEND ICON” Award, ZAKK WYLDE received the “RIFF MONSTER” Award and newcomer LAURA WILDE received “Best New Female Artist” Award. Other artists appearing and participating included GEOFF TATE (QUEENSRYCHE), RUDY SARZO (DIO/ QUIET RIOT), SIMON WRIGHT (AC/DC), JAMES KOTTAK (THE SCORPIONS).. The event was preceded by a Grand Rock n’ Roll Royal Red Carpet media event with appearances with some of the most famous rock artists in the music industry. This was truly a night to remember for rock n’ roll!
